InfoHubs are managed by individual operators. Inquiries regarding the processing of personal information and requests to check or delete stored information should be sent to admin@infohubs.net. Please provide only necessary information in your inquiry and do not attach original files, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Files and Inputs
The browser processes the files, documents, speech, fonts you link, and anything you type in tools. No uploads to InfoHubs' conversion servers. To save the results, click the download button directly. InfoHubs does not store or sell file content and conversion results on its servers.
Browser storage and deletion
Saves your selected language, settings, favorites and recent tools list to your browser. Large compression results and task management information may use temporary storage space on your device. Clear results·Clean up temporary results in a new task. Any work remaining after an abnormal termination will be cleaned up starting from work that is one day old the next time you use it. To clear it immediately, use your browser's clear site data. Downloaded conversion engines and models may remain in your browser cache. Delete the resulting downloaded files directly from the download folder.
Network and external services
When downloading a site and conversion engine, Cloudflare may receive information necessary for communication, such as your IP address, request URL, and browser information. The automatic caption model is downloaded from Hugging Face. These download requests and uploads of selected files are different. File contents are not sent to these services. The retention period and processing location of communication information from external services are subject to the policies of each service.

Advertising and Analytics
A Coupang Partners banner appears in the header of the home and tool pages for connections identified as being from South Korea. Loading the banner sends connection data such as IP address, browser information and referrer to Coupang, and cookies may be used. Files and tool inputs are not sent to Coupang. Google AdSense ads are not enabled.
Visits and performance measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits, loading speed, visual stability and responsiveness. Page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, and performance metrics are sent to Cloudflare. Selected file contents, file names and tool inputs are not sent as analytics data.
This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage. Cloudflare states that it discards incoming IP addresses at the nearest data center and does not store them in analytics databases or logs. The setting that excludes EU visitor data is enabled.
South Korean connections are identified using the IP country code provided by Cloudflare, separately from the browser language. The app does not separately store the full IP address. If the country cannot be determined, no banner is displayed.
Advertising/Cookie Information
If Google ads are enabled, third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to select ads based on earlier visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using that browsing history.
You can manage or turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings. For cookies and opt-out choices offered by other providers, see their policies or the industry's opt-out website. Turning off personalization does not remove all ads.

Inquiry email and personal information request
If you send an email directly, your email address and what you write will be sent to the email service. It is used to respond to inquiries and identify problems, and is kept for as long as necessary for processing. When making inquiries, you may request confirmation, correction, and deletion of your personal information. Files and settings stored only on your device cannot be viewed or deleted by administrators, so use your browser's site data deletion function.
Changes in guidance
If we introduce new data processing or external services, we will update this page and the effective date. We will notify you of any processing changes prior to providing the feature.
